Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@kandilcanada.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

Note: The full refund time frame typically takes 2-7 business days. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 4-14 business days for you to receive your refund. This timeline ultimately depends on the card-issuing bank.
